CAT (Career Acceleration Training):

Besides campus placements, CAT is an alternate solution to get placed in MNCs and a best sourcing channel for industry. 

The program is designed to strengthen fresh graduates’ basic industry-required technical skills through hands-on application. CAT program will be executed as combination of theory and practical sessions. Course contents are designed by domain experts in congruence with NOS (National occupational Standards) and certified by NASSCOM.

As per IBEF (India Brand Equity Foundation) report, Indian IT-BPO sector’s expenses are very high in recruiting and training fresh graduates and in spite of so much expenses and struggle Industry is not able to catch readily deployable work force directly into projects.
